Changes/Enhancements:
- Added visual feedback to buttons again. I *think* the slowdown this causes has been reduced from older versions, but I welcome additional feedback on this.

There are probably a few other things I've changed, fixed, or broken since the last release (it's been a while). No, it didn't take five months to put this one little feature back. But I wanted to release a new version to: a) Add this feature back seeing as many people requested it, and b) Provide some indication that I haven't abandoned this app.

Changes/Enhancements:
- First I have visual feedback, then people complain it's too slow, then I take it away and people complain that they liked having the visual feedback, so here you go...You now have an option to turn visual feedback on or off. When off, typing speed should be slightly better.

- Audio feedback is now an option, too. You can change it in the original preferences panel, and you can also turn it on/off within the app itself. I already had the latter, but it wouldn't "remember" if you turned it off then next time you used the app (it would always default to on). Now it remembers.

Because I've mucked with the preference settings in this release, it's especially important that if you already have an older version of this app on your device that you disable it, delete it, do a soft reset and look for any straggler files and delete them, too, before installing this new version.
